Lasagne with Spinach (for 6)
- 500g beef mince
- Your favourite lasagne sauce
- 1 onion
- can diced tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 pkt frozen spinach
- 1 pkt lasagne sheets
- 1 & 1/2 cups milk
- 2 tsp corn flour
- salt & pepper
Pre-heat oven 180.
Add oil to a pan and cook diced garlic, add meat. Once meat is cooked add mushrooms, can of diced tomatoes and thawed spinach, combine and add lasagne sauce. Simmer until cooked.
Layer mince mixture then lasagne sheets, top with white sauce and repeat. Top last layer with grated cheese, sprinkle some parmassen. Serve with toss salad & garlic bread.

Quick Noodle Omlete (for one)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 pkt 2 minute noodles
- teaspoon oil
Soak noodles in boiling water until tender and drain.
Crack egg into a cup, add milk and seasoning sachet from noodle packet and whisk with a fork.
Heat oil in a non stick fry pan and add noodles, pour egg mixture over noodles, cook like an omlete turning once.

Bacon & Brocolye Fettucini (for 5)
- 500g diced bacon
- brocolye florets
- 500g pkt fettuccini
- 1 onion
- 2 chicken stocks mixed with 1/4 cup boiled water
- large thickened cream
- grated parmasen cheese
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- teaspoon oil
Boil water and add fettuccini, drain when cooked. (add teaspoon oil to boiling water to separate fettuccini).
Saute bacon, onion and garlic, add brocolye florets, add chicken stock to soften brocolye. When brocolye is soft add cream and simmer. Sprinkle in some of the parmasen cheese and some cracked black pepper and stir. Pour over cooked fettuccini and combine. Serve with extra parmasen sprinkled on top and garlic bread.

Home Made Pizzas (sweet meat lovers for 6)
- 500g shredded bacon
- sliced pepperoni
- chopped cooked chicken
- BBQ sauce
- 1 diced onion
- 6 lebanese bread
- 1/2 cup sliced olives (optional)
- grated cheese
- diced pinapple
Pre-heat oven 200.
spread sauce over leb bread, place onion, bacon, chicken, pepperoni, olives & pinapple. Top with cheese, cook in oven for 15-20 mins.
Serve with garlic bread.

Chicken Wraps
- 500g cooked chicken
- 6 lebanese bread
- sweet chilli sauce
- 1 onion diced
- lettuce
- tomato
- sour lite cream
- grated cheese
Starting at the middle of leb bread add lettuce, chicken, onion, tomato. Top with sour cream and cheese. Wrap and cook in sandwich press or dry frypan on each side until cheese is melted. Serve with side of wedges.

Chicken Burgers
- 4 Chicken steaks/crumbed burgers
- lettuce
- tomato
- onion (softened in microwave with a little butter)
- praise creamy mayonaise
- soft burger rolls
- grated cheese (optional)
- pinapple (optional)
Cook chicken steaks, melt cheese on top of. Lightly toast buns and top with lettuce, tomato, chicken, onion, mayo and pinapple.

Sweet & Sour Pork (for 5)
- 500g thin strips pork
- jar of sweet & sour sauce
- 1 cup SR flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- cooked rice for everyone
- soy sauce
- chopped bacon
- 2 cloves garlic diced
- dry chick or bacon stock
- diced onion
- diced carrots
- cup frozen peas
- 2 eggs whisked with fork
- small can corn kernals
- oil for frying
Batter: combine flour, egg and milk (may require more milk) and mix add salt and pepper to taste. Stir in pork strips and coat, fry in oil and drain onto paper towel. (make sure pork is fully cooked - could make very ill if not).
Fried Rice: Cook rice till light and fluffy in microwave, set aside. In frypan cook eggs, add bacon, onion, garlic and carrots. Add peas and last of all corn. Sprinkle dry seasoning over cooked rice and stir in some soy sauce, when well combined stir in cooked bacon mixture.
Spoon rice onto plate, top with cooked pork and spoon desired amount of warmed sweet and sour sauce on top.

Lamb Stir-Fry (for 4)
- 500g thin lamb strips
- hoisin sauce
- 2-3 chopped garlic cloves
- sliced red capsicum
- sliced onion
- brocolye florets
- sliced mushroom
- bok choy
- cooked white rice
- 1 tsp corn flour, 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp sugar
- bbq sauce
Marinade Lamb: mix cornflour and water. In a bowl, combine lamb, chopped garlic, sesame oil, 1 tsp sugar and bbq sauce, stir in cornflour mix. Marinade for couple hours. Remove from fridge 1/2hr before cooking.
Stir-fry lamb strips in oil and 1/2 garlic, add sauce. Remove from pan and set aside. Stir-fry vegetables for 2 minutes add rest of garlic and more sauce, combine with meat and serve over rice if desired, or for less carbs eat on its own.

Sizzling Beef Stir-Fry (for 4)
- 500g thin beef strips
- sesame oil
- ptk favourite hokkien noodles
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- pkt maggi sizzling beef sauce
- 1 tblsp cornflour, 1/4 cup water
- Vegetables of choice
- 1 tsp sugar
- bbq sauce
Marinade beef: mix cornflour and water. In a bowl, combine beef, chopped garlic, sesame oil, 1 tsp sugar and bbq sauce, stir in cornflour mix. Marinade for couple hours. Remove from fridge 1/2hr before cooking.
Heat noodles in microwave covered with little water to steam for 4-5 minutes.
Stir fry beef in some oil until cooked add half the packet of sauce, remove from pan and set aside, stir fry vegetables until tender adding the remainder of sauce. Combine meat and veges with noodles, serve with garlic bread.
