If you require Hosting and Domain name, this is a separate fee from the web hosting company MD Webhosting starting at $1-150 per year, price may vary. This fee I would require up front for the hosting and a receipt will be sent to you from MD Webhosting. I am able to set this up for you free of charge as part of my services.
